Is Anywhere Free From Bigotry?
I recently went to see a new dentist and I couldn't believe what he said during my appointment, it was so unprofessional, totally uncalled for and just...WHAT?!
While cleaning my teeth he had the news channel on in the background and a story came on about trans teens. He starts talking to me about it, but obviously I can't say anything back, and he just won't stop talking about how this is a dangerous 'phase' for kids as it's not reversible and they're seriously harming their bodies.
I was just laying there wanting desperately to leave, wondering if anywhere at all is free from bigots. It made me feel so uncomfortable and I would never go back there again.
